Orders placed before 15:00 are generally shipped the same day. Orders placed after 15:00 may be shipped on the next available shipping day.

Orders typically arrive within 3 business days after shipment. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier, holidays, or circumstances outside our control.

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive tracking information where available.

Please make sure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. ReviewByCard cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

2. Returns & Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a money-back guarantee on all orders.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact our customer service team to request a refund.

To request a refund, please contact us with your order details and briefly explain that you would like to request a refund. Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with the next steps.

Where applicable, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
